Staff Analyst, Consumer Analytics

  • Own the data for GoFundMe's consumer experience — continuously monitoring health metrics across the Organizer, Amplify, and Fundraiser Page funnels and proactively surfacing drops, anomalies, and opportunities to product and engineering.
  • Designed and delivered the Share Attribution methodology that engineering had been unable to solve for nearly a year — analysed the data end-to-end and defined an optimal model to attribute an organizer's share action to a supporter's subsequent visit, enabling accurate downstream measurement.
  • Build performance dashboards to track new product feature launches, giving PMs and engineers a real-time read on whether changes are moving the right metrics; primary analytics partner for experiment readouts run by data scientists.
  • Championed AI-assisted analytics across the team — authored internal guides for Claude Code and MCP tooling, and drove adoption so the full analytics team now uses AI in their day-to-day workflows.
  • Conducted a Share Rate deep dive that identified the root cause of an anomalous spike and flagged a structural decline trend — findings directly shaped roadmap prioritisation.

Hiking & Outdoors

Based in Seattle — the mountains are right there. Hiking clears my head the same way a good query does: one step at a time until the answer reveals itself.

Photography

Street photography and portraits. Finding signal in visual noise isn't too different from finding it in data.

Football

Real Madrid fan, no apologies. FIFA is a weekly ritual. There's something about the data behind the beautiful game — possession stats, pressing maps — that feels a lot like work, but better.

Gaming & Film

Waiting on Arc Raiders. Finished Red Dead Redemption. FIFA is a religion. On screen: Ex Machina, The Creator, and anything sci-fi or thriller that makes you think after the credits roll.

I had the chance to manage Arjun while he was a Marketing Analyst at art.com. Arjun is a brilliant individual who combines a strong technical knowledge and a very sharp business acumen. He is not only pulling and analyzing data, but comes up with ideas to implement and solutions to problems. His work ethic and enthusiasm at work makes him a pleasure to work with. He started reporting to me at a time where there was some turnover in the team and he was able to adapt very quickly and step up to take more responsibilities and become in a matter of weeks my go to person for everything related to business analytics. I am looking forward to see him grow in his career and hope that I will have the opportunity to work with him again at some point in the future!
